Chicago for Ribs was started in 1982 in Redondo Beach, California.  We have been a family run business for over 30 years.  Our staple recipes go back four generations.  We are proud to be able to share these dishes with you!

Our Specialties

Our signature barbecue sauce and open-flame grill bring out the unique flavors in every piece of meat we cook. We make our sauce from scratch everyday.  We specialize in Midwest style barbecue, not as smoky as the south, but grilled and smothered in our secret recipe BBQ sauce.
